Processes define both our personal lives and everyday corporate life. process.science is a 2019 software that helps companies implement, optimise and manage business processes using process mining tools for Power BI and Qlik Sense. The idea is to visualise hidden process knowledge and make it usable. For this purpose, deviations that have arisen are shown in real time with process.science and processes are corrected. Processes are thus made more transparent, the speed of workflows is improved and their quality increased, compliance violations are avoided and costs and profits are optimised. The process analysis is carried out on the basis of existing company data, whereby the following three basic data points must be available: The case ID, which links all events of a business case to a process, the activity, which describes the executed process step, and the timestamp, which shows the date and time of a specific activity.
