Smart Manufacturing in Action — Process.Science at EMO Hannover 2025
Experience our IoT-powered Mini Factory live
We’re thrilled that Process.Science will be exhibiting at EMO Hannover 2025, the world’s premier trade fair for metalworking and manufacturing innovation. From September 22 to 26, Hannover will once again become the global hub for industrial transformation and we’re proud to be part of it.
At our booth, we’ll be showcasing how data-driven process optimization can unlock new levels of efficiency, transparency, and agility in manufacturing environments. Whether you're a plant manager, process engineer, or digital transformation leader, this is your chance to see smart manufacturing in action.
Live Demo: Our IoT-Enabled Mini Factory
One of the highlights at our booth will be the Fischer Technik Smart Factory. A fully functional miniature production line that brings the concept of Industry 4.0 to life. This interactive demo serves as areal-time representation of our IoT Miner technology, capturing machine data, sensor events, and process flows as they happen.
Visitors will be able to:
Watch live production cycles and data collection in real time
See how process data is visualized and analyzed in Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik Sense
Understand how Process Mining can identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Explore how our solutions integrate seamlessly into existing IT landscapes – without the need for additional software or complex setups
Why It Matters
In today’s competitive manufacturing landscape, operational excellence is no longer optional, it’s essential. But to improve, you first need to understand. That’s where we come in.
At Process.Science, we believe that transparency is the foundation of better decisions. Our tools empower teams to uncover hidden patterns, reduce downtime, and make data-driven improvements that truly move the needle.
Rooted in Research, Built for Business
Our technology is grounded in academic research and shaped by real-world challenges. Co-founder Urszula Jessen developed the core of our Process Mining engine during her doctoral work, and we continue to collaborate closely with universities and research institutions to stay at the forefront of innovation.
Let’s Meet in Hannover
We’re looking forward to engaging with professionals from across the globe, exchanging ideas, and exploring how digital tools can drive real impact in manufacturing.
